【摘要】 [目的]观察毓宫胶囊对子宫发育不良大鼠子宫动脉血管数及灌注量的影响。[方法]将健康雌性SD大鼠分为4组 ,正常组、模型组、右归丸组、毓宫胶囊组。分别饲喂不同药剂 ,连续18d后处死 ,测量各组大鼠子宫肌层血管数及对肌层动脉半径的影响。[结果]毓宫胶囊组较模型组大鼠在增加子宫肌层血管数上具有显著性差异(P<0.05) ,且使大鼠子宫肌层血管半径明显增加 ,与模型组大鼠比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。[结论]毓宫胶囊能改善子宫的血液灌注量 ,使肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠子宫肌层厚度增加 ,促进子宫生长发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of Yugong(uterus-nourishing)capsule on the number of uterus arterioles and blood perfusion in uterus hypogenesis rats.The female healthy SD rats were divided randomly into four groups:normal group,model group,Yougui pill group and Yugong capsule group.They were fed with different medicament respecˉtively and killed eighteen days later.The vascular number of myometrium and their diameter of rats in each group were measured to observe the effect of different management. Yugong capsule could markedly increase not only the number but also the diameter and had obvious statistical difference compared with model group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Yugong capsule may improve the uterus blood perfusion and increase the depth of myometrium in rats with uterus hypoˉgenesis caused by Kidney-yang deficiency.So Yugong capsule may facilitate uterus growth and development.更多还原
