【摘要】 [目的]探讨中药灯盏花注射液对铜仿透析膜及内毒素诱生单个核细胞产生白介素 -1β(IL -1β)转录及翻译过程的影响 ,为中药灯盏花治疗IL -1β提供依据。[方法]单个核细胞与铜仿透析膜、内毒素及灯盏花共同培养 ,用生物活性法测定IL -1β,用RT -PCR法测定IL -1βmRNA。[结果]铜仿透析膜、内毒素所诱生的IL -1β与正常组相比较均有显著性差异 ,并且应用灯盏花后 ,均可对IL -1β产生不同程度的抑制 ;透析治疗组及非透析治疗组IL -1βmR表达可被灯盏花注射液抑制。[结论]铜仿透析膜、内毒素可以在转录及翻译水平诱生IL -1β,其水平可以被灯盏花抑制更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the effect of DengZhanHua injection and TongFang dialysis on endotoxin induced IL-1βtranscription and interpretation in single nucleus cell.Single nucleus cell,Tongfang dialysis membrane,lipopolysaccharide and Dengzhanhua were cultured together,the IL-1βwas determined by bioassay.Marked difference was observed when compared with normal group,DengZhanHua could inhibit IL-1βin different degree.The expression of IL-1βcould be inhibited in,dialysis therapeutic group and non-dialysis therapeutic group.[Conclusion]Tongfang dialysis membrane, lipopolysaccharide induce the IL-1βtranscription and interpretation.更多还原
