【摘要】 [目的]观察互动式针刺法治疗夜尿频症的临床疗效。[方法]随机抽样分组 ,应用互动式针刺法治疗60例为观察组 ,应用非互动式治疗60例为对照组 ,对临床总有效率进行比较。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.7% ,对照组总有效率为85 0% ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P<0.05) ,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组。[结论]互动式针刺法治疗夜尿频症疗效优于单纯针刺治疗 ,其应用值得临床推广更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical effect of mutual-activating acupuncture on nocturia. Sixty patients in observation group were treated with mutual-activating acupuncture, while another 60 patients in control group were treated with traditional acupuncture.The total effective rates were compared. The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 96.7%and 85.0%respectively with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was markedly better than that of control group.[Conclusion]Therapeutic effect for nocturia with mutual-activating acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture. It is worth spreading to wide application in clinic. Further research about its mechanism is needed.更多还原
