天津地区儿童肥胖病发病率及影响因素的研究

【摘要】 目的 :了解天津地区儿童肥胖病的发生率和儿童肥胖的危险因素。方法 :随机抽取天津地区2~16岁儿童9908例 ,采用WHO推荐BMI≥25kg/m2和国内推荐的BMI≥24kg/m2为儿童肥胖病诊断的两种标准 ,将肥胖和正常体质量儿童设为病例组和对照组。采用单因素、多变量分析方法 ,应用logistic回归数学模型 ,分析儿童肥胖病的危险因素。结果 :儿童肥胖病的发生率 ,BMI≥25kg/m2为7.4 % ,BMI≥24kg/m2为9.4 %。城市和乡村肥胖病发病率分别为7.7 %和6.2 % ,城市多于乡村。儿童肥胖危险因素研究显示 ,(1)儿童肥胖病的危险因素中多食、少动和父母肥胖等均与儿童肥胖呈正相关 ,而母乳喂养、少食、多动则与其呈负相关。 (2)维生素C对儿童肥胖具有保护作用。结论 :天津地区儿童肥胖病的发生率在世界处于中低水平 ,在国内处于高水平。可能危险因素有饮食过量、少动及双亲肥胖。

【Abstract】 Objective:To realize the incidence and risk factors of children obesity in Tianjin area.Methods:9908children from2to16years old in Tianjin area were involved in this study.The diagnostic criteria of children obesity included BMI≥25kg/m 2 for WHO and BMI≥24kg/m 2 for China.All children were divided into obesity and normal weight groups and control group.Single factor,multi variable and Logistic regression analytical methods were applied to analyze the risk factors of children obesity.Results:The incidence of BMI≥25kg/m 2 was7.4%and BMI≥24kg/m 2 is9.4%.The incidence of city and country were7.7%and6.2%respectively.The incidence of children obesity in city was higher than that in country.(1)The risk factors of children obesity included polyphagia,less exercise and obesity in parents etc.These factors had positive corre-lation with children obesity,while the breast-fed,hypophagia and more exercise had negative correlation with it.(2)Vitamin C was a protect factor to children obesity.Conclusion:The incidence of children obesity in Tianjin area is the middle or low level in the world,but it is the high level in China.The possible risk factors include polyphagia,less exercise and obesity in parents.
