【摘要】 目的 :探讨结合型雌激素(CEE)对绝经后妇女血浆总同型半胱氨酸及血脂的影响。方法:将90例自然绝经妇女随机分为3组 ,每组30例。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别口服CEE0.625mg/d或0.3mg/d ,共6个月 ,两组均加用安宫黄体酮 (MPA)2mg/d ,或采用序贯疗法每月后14d加用MPA4mg/d。Ⅲ组为对照组 ,不用药。测定治疗前 ,治疗1 ,3 ,6个月时的空腹血浆总同型半胱氨酸[H(e)] ,总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HLD -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)水平。结果:用药1个月2组各指标变化均不明显。用药3 ,6个月时Ⅰ组H(e)值低于用药前及对照组(P<0.05) ,与用药前比HDL -C水平升高 ,TC、LDL -C水平降低 (P<0.01)。TG水平2组虽有所升高 ,但差别无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。Ⅱ组各指标虽有所变化,但均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对绝经后妇女补充CEE0.625mg/d可降低血H(e)水平 ,并有利于脂代谢调节的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of conjugated equine estrogen(CEE)on total plasma homocysˉteine levels and plasma lipid levels in postmenopausal women.Methods:Ninety postmenopausal women were assigned to three groups randomly with30women in each group.Women in group I took0.625mg CEE daily for6months,women in group II took0.3mg CEE daily for6months,and2mg medroxyprogesterone acetate(MPA)or4mg MPA were used in both groups.Women in group III served as control without any treatment.Fasting total plasma homocysteine,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were determined before therapy and at1,3,6months after therapy.Results:After1month treatment,every target had no significant change in group I(P>0.05),but its homocysteine was significantly lower3and6months after the therapy compared with that before therapy in control group(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C were significantly increased and the levels of TC,LDL-C were significantly decreased in group I(P<0.01).In group II,every target was changed without any statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Added0.625mg CEE daily can decrease the level of homoˉcysteine in postmenopausal women and promote the regulation of lipidal metablism.更多还原
