【摘要】 目的 :分析糖尿病肾病 (DN)相关危险因素。方法 :随机抽取糖尿病 (DM )患者1211例 ,根据24h尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)将其分3组。结果 :(1)相关分析示UAER与年龄、病程、餐后血糖 (PBG)、收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP) ,血清尿酸 (SUA)、甘油三酯 (TG)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB) ,餐后胰岛素 (PINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数 (IR)和24h尿尿酸 (UUA)等多变量呈正相关。(2)回归分析示病程、24hUUA、TC、FIB、IR为DN的独立危险因素。结论 :DN的危险因素有多种 ,主要与胰岛素抵抗 ,血胆固醇 (TC)、FIB及24hUUA排量增加有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods: 1 211 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into three groups according to urine albumin excretion rate(UAER).Results:(1)There were positive correlations between UAER and age,illness duration,PBG,SBP,DBP,SUA,TG,FIB,PINS,IR, 24 h uric acid of urine(UUA).(2)Illness duration,24 h UUA,TC,FIB,IR were independent risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:There are many risk factors in diabetic nephropathy.It is possibly associated with IR,high TC,high FIB,and increased 24 h UUA.更多还原
