低碘对大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究低碘对大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响。方法 :20只清洁级Wistar大鼠随机分为低碘组 (LI)、适碘组 (NI) ,6个月后测定24h尿碘含量、甲状腺质量、脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :LI组甲状腺质量、24h尿碘含量明显低于NI组 (P<0.01) ;与NI组相比LI组GSH -Px降低 ,而MDA升高 (P<0.01) ,2组间SOD差别无统计学意义。结论 :低碘6个月的大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力降低 ,无法保护脑组织免受自由基的损伤

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of iodine deficience on antioxidative capability of brain in rats.Methods: Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into a low iodine(LI)group and a normal iodine(NI)group.Six months later,the volume of urine and the content of urinary iodine in 24 h were measured,the thyroid glands were weighted and the content of SOD,GSH-Px and malondialdehyde(MDA)in brain were observed.Results:The thyroid weight and the content of urinary iodine in 24 h in LI group were significantly lower than those in NI group(P<0.01).The content of GSH-Px in LI group was less than that in NI group,meanwhile,the content of MDA of brain in LI group was higher striking than that in NI group(both P<0.01).There was no difference in the activity of SOD between the two groups.Conclusion:The antioxidative capability of brain in rat with iodine deficience for 6 months decreases,so it can’t protect the brain from the damage of free radical.
