【摘要】 目的 :探讨天泉通抗慢性前列腺炎的作用。方法 :应用消痔灵引起大鼠慢性前列腺炎模型 ,观察天泉通对慢性前列腺炎大鼠的尿量、前列腺病理组织学的影响 ;采用大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀模型观察天泉通胶囊的抗炎作用 ,并测定血清及足爪局部炎症组织中MDA和PGE2 的含量。结果 :天泉通能增加慢性前列腺炎大鼠的尿量、改善前列腺病理组织学的变化 ;天泉通胶囊对大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀模型有明显抑制作用 ,并能降低血清和足爪局部炎症组织中PGE2 、足爪组织中MDA的含量。结论 :天泉通具有抗慢性前列腺炎作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the anti-chronic prostatitis (CNP) action of Tianquantong .Methods:Making the models of non-bacterial prostatitis by injecting xiaozhiling and observing the urine volume,histopathologic changes of prostatitis,observing the anti-inflammatory effects by carrageen-induced claws’swelling in rats.Results: tianquantong could increase urine volume and ameliorate histopathologic changes of mice with chronic prostatitis, Tianquantong could inhibite claws’ swelling in rats with carrageen. tiaquantong could reduce the contents of PGE 2 in paw tissue and serum and reduce the content of MDA in paw tissue of rats with swollen claws.Conclusion: Tianquantong could effectively treated chronic prostatitis更多还原
