【摘要】 目的　评价RootZX根尖定位仪对侧向加压法根管充填质量的影响。方法　选取拟行根管治疗术的 86例患者 ,单根管牙 10 4个 ,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组的工作长度用RootZX根尖定位仪测定 ,对照组工作长度用器械探测法测定。两组均用手动逐步后退法根管预备 ,侧方加压法根管充填。结果　适充、超充和欠充在实验组中的比例分别为 79%、 15 %和 6 % ;在对照组中 ,分别为 5 6 %、 31%和 13% ,经统计学处理两组差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 )。结论　RootZX根尖定位仪可以准确测定根管长度 ,从而明显提高侧向加压法根管充填质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Root ZX apex locator on root canal obturation with lateral compaction. Methods 104 single-canal teeth of 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The working length was measured by Root ZX in experimental group and was estimated manually in control group. Canal preparation was done by step-back technique manually and canal obturation was done with lateral compaction. Results The rates of flush filled, overfilled and underfilled canals were 79 %, 15 % and 6 % respectively in experimental group. While in the control group, the rates of flush filled, overfilled and underfilled canals were 56 %, 31 % and 13 % respectively. There was statistical difference between two group (P<0.05). Conclusion Root ZX apex locator can measure root canal length accurately and improve the quality of canal obturation with lateral compaction.更多还原
