肝细胞内Ca2+振荡对磷酸化-去磷酸化循环过程的动力学研究
Kinetics of Process of Phosphorylation-dephosphorylation Cycle in Hepatocytes by Ca2+ Oscillations
【摘要】 目的 从理论上阐述了Ca2 + 振荡对肝细胞中糖原降解的磷酸化 去磷酸化循环过程的调控效应。方法 应用Ca2 + 振荡模型观察Ca2 + 振荡对肝细胞中糖原降解的磷酸化循环过程的调控。结果 Ca2 + 振荡可以增强细胞对激素反应的潜力。肝细胞中的磷酸化 去磷酸化动力学过程 ,在Ca2 + 振荡的调控下 ,其糖原磷酸化酶的浓度呈现同频、同步振荡。结论 Ca2 + 振荡将会提高细胞中信息的传递效率和特异性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate theoretically the effect of Ca 2+ oscillations on a particular example of cell regulation: the phosphorylation-dephosphorylation cycle controlling the activation of glycogen phosphorylase in hepatocytes. Methods The model of Ca 2+ oscillations was used. Results Ca 2+ oscillations could potentiate the response to a hormonal stimulation. Under the regulation of the kinetics of the phosphorylation dephosphorylation cycle in hepatocytes by Ca 2+ oscillations, the concentration of glycogen phosphorylase oscillated synchronously. Conclusion Ca 2+ oscillations in hepatocytes could contribute to the increase of the efficiency and specificity of cellular signaling.
