【摘要】 目的 :探讨在2型糖尿病患者血中胰岛素样生长因子 -1(Insulinlikegrowthfactory -1,IGF -1)与肿瘤坏死因子 -α(Tumornecrosisfactory -α,TNF -α)浓度关系。方法 :分别测定78例2型糖尿病患者和52例健康对照组血浆IGF -1浓度 ,TNF -α浓度 ,基础胰岛素水平 ,空腹血糖值 ,分别作统计学比较。结果 :2型糖尿病组与健康对照组IGF -1及TNF -α均有明显差别(P<0.01) ,但2型糖尿病组血IGF -1水平与TNF -α浓度之间无明显相关性 (P>0.01)。结论 :血浆IGF -1与TNF -α可能与2型糖尿病患者中胰岛素抵抗相关 ,可能在2型糖尿病发病中起作用 ,但2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF -1与TNF -α之间无平行相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the correlation of serum IGF-1 and TNF-α of Type 2 diabetes patients.Methods:Measuring the serum concentration of IGF-1 and TNF-α, foundation level of insulin, blood glucose value of Type 2 diabetes patients and comparing these data with that of normal subjects.Results:The IGF-1 and TNF-α value of the group of Type 2 diabetes are obvious higher than that of group of the normal subjects and have a statistical meaning(P<0.01).But there is no dependence between IGF-1 and TNF-α of Type 2 diabetes(P>0.01).Conclusion:For insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes pathogenesis, the serum IGF-1 and TNF-α may play a fixed role, but there is no correlation, between the both.更多还原
