【摘要】 目的 :观察维拉帕米治疗儿童阵发性室上性心动过速 (简称室上速 )的疗效。方法 :室上速发作患儿16例 ,在心电监护下 ,静脉推注维拉帕米 ,0.15mg/kg/次 ,观察其疗效。结果 :16例患儿静推维拉帕米后室上速发作均终止 ,有效率100 %。结论 :维拉帕米静脉推注治疗儿童室上速发作 ,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Verapamil on treating PSVT children.Methods:16 cases with PSVT attack were injected Verapamil through vein under Electrocardiographic monitor,and the dose is 0.15mg/kg once.To observe the improvement of ECG after treatment.Results:The PSVT was controlled after treatment,effective rate was 100%. Conclusion:Verapamil by intravenous injection in treating the PSVT attack in children has an obvious effect.更多还原
