【摘要】 目的 :探讨黄芪注射液对免疫性肝损伤的预防保护作用。方法 :采用静脉注射卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPs)复制免疫性肝损伤模型 ,观察黄芪注射液对肝损伤的影响。结果 :黄芪注射液显著降低了肝损伤小鼠的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)的含量和脾脏系数。结论 :提示黄芪注射液具有预防保护免疫性肝损伤的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Astragalus injection against the immune liver injury.Methods: BCG vaccine and lipopolysaccharide were intravenous injected to establish liver injury model. The effects of Astragalus injection on liver injury were contrasted.Results: Atragalus injection has lowered the serum levels of ALT and AST, and has decline the spleen index.Conclusion: Aragalus injection has a prophylactic and protective effect on immune liver injury in mice.更多还原
