锌对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤后血清心肌酶影响
Effect of zinc on serum myocardial enzymes during myocardium ischemia reperfusion in rabbits
【摘要】 目的 :观察微量元素锌对缺血再灌注损伤家兔血清心肌酶活性的影响。方法 :采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支40min而后再灌注3h ,制备心肌缺血再灌注损伤动物模型 ,分别测定不同时段血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性 ,并于再灌后3h处死动物 ,取心肌组织 ,做心肌病理组织学检查。另设假手术组和补锌再灌组。结果 :缺血再灌组在心肌缺血40min、再灌注1h、2h、3h家兔血清LDH、CK活性明显增强 ,心肌结构受损严重 ;补锌再灌组家兔血清LDH、CK活性明显低于缺血再灌组但仍高于假手术组 ,心肌细胞结构比缺血再灌组受损减轻。结论 :适量补充微量元素锌对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的家兔可能有一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of zinc on the activity of serum myocardial enzymes during myocardial ischemia -reperfusion (MIR) injury in rabbits.Methods: The model of MIR was made by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery for 40 minutes and then reperfusing it for 3 hours .The activity of serum LDH and CK in different time points were observed . The rabbits were killed after being reperfused for 3 hours .Their hearts were excised and were made pathological examination.The sham-operated control and zinc administration group were designed.Results:The result shows that the activity of serum LDH and CK in the MIR group increased significantly in the time when ischemia had lasted for 40 minutes or reperfusion had lasted for 1 hours ,2 hours and 3 hours .The structure of myocardium was destructed severely in the MIR group. The activity of serum LDH and CK in the zinc administration group was lower than that of the MIR group but was higher than the sham-operated control. The destruction of the myocardial structure in the zinc administration group was slighter than the MIR group.Conclusion: Appropriate zinc administration has some protective effects in the myocardium ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits.
