【摘要】 目的 :分析2456例住院儿童实体肿瘤的特点。方法 :统计1990年～2002年病案室按ICD -10标准登记的14岁以下首次住院的肿瘤病人 ,并分析性别、年龄、病理类型、临床分期及治疗等发病特点。结果 :男女之比1.1:1 ;1316例 (53.5 % )于出生后4年内发病。病理类型、良性软组织肿瘤占良性肿瘤的52.6 %。胚胎性恶性肿瘤占恶性实体肿瘤的43.5% ;常见的恶性实体肿瘤病儿就诊时多数已达晚期 ;治疗手段采用多学科联合治疗。结论 :儿童实体肿瘤在性别、年龄、病理类型、临床分期及治疗上区别于成人 ,有其自身特点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical data of pediatric solid tumors in2456patients.Methods:Clinical data of the previous1990～2002from Tianjin Cancer Hospital involved in the pediatric solid tumors were reviewed.The sex,age,pathology,clinical staging and their management were registered.The results were analyzed statistically.Results:There were2456cases of pediatric solid tumors,and1316of them presented under the age of4years.The male to female ratio was1.1:1.52.6%of benign tumors were soft tissue benign tumors.43.5%of malignant tumor were fetal origin.The common malignant tumors were of stageⅢorⅣat presentation,and the combined-modality treatment is the best approach.Conclusion:Pediˉatric solid tumors differ from those of adults.更多还原
