【摘要】 目的 :观察老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的血脂异常变化。方法 :将年龄>60岁的198例住院病人分为高血压组、2型糖尿病组和高血压合并2型糖尿病组 ,比较和分析3组以及各组男女患者血脂变化情况。结果 :高血压合并2型糖尿病组的血浆总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -c) ,明显高于高血压组和糖尿病组(P<0.01) ;其高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -c)明显低于高血压组和糖尿病组(P<0.05)。糖尿病组中甘油三脂(TG)水平较高血压组、高血压合并糖尿病组明显升高(P<0.01)。高血压组中女性TC、LDL -C、TG水平明显高于男性(P<0.01) ,糖尿病组中女性TG水平明显高于男性(P<0.01) ,高血压合并糖尿病组中HDL -c水平女性明显高于男性 (P<0.01)。结论 :老年高血压、2型糖尿病以及高血压合并2型糖尿病时脂质代谢紊乱的类型和程度有所不同 ,两者合并时紊乱程度加重 ;老年女性较男性血脂水平升高更明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the abnormal change of plasma lipid in the senior with hypertension complicated with type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:198patients aged more than60years have been divided into three groups.Fasting level of plasma lipid were investigated in patients in type2diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure,and patients with simple essenˉtial hypertension.Results:TC,LDL_c were significant higher in hypertension complicated with type2diabetes mellitus compared to the patients with simple essential hypertension,also sigˉnificant higher compared to the type2diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure(P<0.01),whereas the HDL_c were significant lower than the others(P<0.05).TG was significant higher in type2diabetes mellitus with normal blood pressure compared to the other two groups.The TC.LDL_c and TG were significant higher in female with simple essential than in male in the group with simple type2diabetes mellitus;also the HDL_c was significant higher in female compared to in male in the hypertension complicated with type2diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:plasma lipid profiles are influenced not only by the senior hypertension but also the diabetes mellitus and even more serious when in hypertension complicated with type2diabetes mellitus,and fasting level of plasma lipid in elder female will rise significantly.更多还原
