管坯环形加热炉二维传热过程数学模型的研究
Study on Two-Dimensions Mathematical Model for the Rotary Furnace of TPCO
【摘要】 以天津钢管公司的环形加热炉为研究对象,建立了环形加热炉管坯连续加热过程数学模型,并进行了数值解析。同时开发了计算机仿真界面,对管坯在炉内的加热情况进行了数值模拟,利用现场实验数据对所建立的数学模型进行了验证。结果表明:所建模型是正确可信的,可以作为离线数值仿真优化计算的基础。对即将开展的天津钢管公司环形加热炉技术改造和优化加热工艺制度的制定奠定了坚实的理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper,taking the rotary furnace of Tianjin steel tube company for the research object, an optimal mathematical model of the company’s rotary furnace for continuing heating up semi-finished steel tube has been set up and the numerical analysis is made and a computer simulating interface has been developed . The numerical results of the mathematical model are compared with the measured results showing that the mathematical model is correct and reliable and can carry on the off-line simulating optimal calculations. The work done has very importance for optimizing heat technology and altering rotary furnace of TPCO.
