【摘要】 目的 :比较西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法 :将 6 0例抑郁症患者随机分成两组 ,分别服用西酞普兰和阿米替林 ,疗程 8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和药物副反应量表 (TESS)评价 ,比较两种药物的疗效和安全性。结果 :西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效和阿米替林相似 ,但副反应明显较后者少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :西酞普兰是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To compare the efficacy and safety of citalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression. Methods: 60 cases with depression were randomly divided into two group: citalopram group and amitriptyline group. The total duration of treatment for two groups were 8 weeks. HAMD and TESS scales were used respectively to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two drugs. Results: There were no significant differences in effectiveness between the two drugs. But the side effects of citalopram group were fewer than that of amitriptyline group. Conclusion: Citalopram was an effective and safe drug for the treatment of depression.更多还原
