【摘要】 农村职业技术培训是一项旨在提高农村富余劳动力素质,适应我国加入WTO后社会对劳动力要求普遍提高,使我国农村富余劳动力尽快适应经济发展的需要而进行的专项培训。文章从农村旅游及商品销售业从业人员的职业技术培训入手,通过调查、研究,分析了当前农业职业技术培训中存在的问题,以期为解决我国"三农"问题,推进农村小康建设找到一条因地制宜的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vocational technical training in China is aiming at improving the quality of the rural surplus population to make them adapt to the economic development as soon as possible. The training is required to meet the need of improving the quality of labor force after entering WTO. Starting with the vocational technical training of the employed of rural tourism and goods-selling the problems of current vocational technical training are analyzed by investigation and researches so as to find the measures suitable for the local conditions for Chinese agricultural and rural development.更多还原
