【Abstract】 Somatic nuclear transfer in mammalian (clone) has achieved many offspring during the development in the past a few years . The research of porcine somatic nuclear transfer has huge scientific significance and applied value, which is one of hot point of biotechnology. Although it has made much progress, the efficiency of nuclear transfer is very low.
