【摘要】 建立了快速定量测定氯霉素(CAP)含量的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附试验方法。游离氯霉素与氯霉素辣根过氧化物酶标记物(HRP)在同一系统中竞争数量有限的氯霉素抗体结合位点,氯霉素酶标记物与氯霉素抗体结合的数量反比于游离氯霉素的数量。氯霉素浓度在0.2～20μg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系回归方程为y=0.8327-0.5260x,r2=0.9862;测定低限为20ng·ml-1;方法平均回收率为83.5%,符合目前国际上氯霉素残留量检测的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid and quantitative indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for CAP was established. Free CAP and CAP-HRP are competitive to CAP antibody binding site in the same system. CAP-HRP binding amount is in inverse proportion to free CAP. Quantitation of the CAP was linear from 0.2～20 μg·ml-1. A standard curve was obtained and the regression equation was y=0.8327-0.5260x, r2=0.9862. The detection limit was 20 ng·ml-1.
