【摘要】 建立了反相高效液相色谱分析法测定家兔肌肉中氯霉素残留量的实验方法,能快速、简便、灵敏地测定兔肉中的氯霉素残留。本方法最低检出浓度为10μg.kg-1,氯霉素浓度在0.01～10μg.ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为1.85%～2.78%。本方法适于动物肌肉组织中氯霉素残留的监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid ,simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in rabbit’s muscle has been established .The protein in rabbit’s muscl was first precipitated by ethyl acetate ,then the chloramphenicol was extracted by ethyl acetate .The residues was cleaned up by CH3OH and it hexane .The purified solution was examined at UV 278 nm by HPLC.The minimum detectable limit of this method was 10 ug/kg,the recovery rate was 89.9%～96.0%,and the RSD was 1.85%～2.78%.更多还原
