人体机械功和功率计算方法的比较
Comparison Four Methods of Calculating Mechanical Work and Power
【摘要】 设计了2.4m/s、4.2m/s及5.6m/s3种跑速,用4种方法计算同一跑速时人体所做的机械功和功率。其中2种方法由人体质心运动的状态计算做功多少,另2种方法由人体环节的运动情况计算。10名女大学生参加实验(平均身高(162.3±5.5)cm,平均体重(52.3±3.8)kg)。结果发现,在3种速度情况下,用方法3计算的平均功率值与其他3种方法计算的平均功率值有显著性差异,且4种方法计算的平均功率值与跑速之间的相关以方法1最高(r=0.87),方法2次之(r=0.81),说明由地面反作用力计算的机械功率与跑速高度线性相关,方法3计算的功率均值与跑速之间的相关最低(r=0.69)。
【Abstract】 The present study designed three running velocity,that was2.4m/s?4.2m/s and5.6m/s respectively.The four different methods were used to calculate mechanical work and power in of running velocity.Two methods determined the mechanical power due to the work done on the human center of mass and two were calculated from the motion of the human’ s segments.Ten college female students participated in the investigation(height:(162.3±5.5)cm,body mass:(52.3±3.8)kg.It was found that the average powers calculated by methodⅢwere significantly different from those got from other ones.The four different methods provided different relations between mechanical power and running velocity.The methodⅠwas the highest(r=0.87),the methodⅡwas the second(r=0.81).The methods based on ground reaction force measurements mechanical power revealed significant linear relations between running velocity and mechanical power.The methodⅢwas the lowest(r=0.69).
