【Abstract】 With the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the authors compared a lot of things about the nation wide sports asso-ciations in China to the foreign countries,such as the office place and equipment,the association members of full-time job,sideline and volunteers,as well as the age structure and education levels of staff.In addition to,something of the source of managers,decision ways,international exchange and law position were involved.Based on all of them,the authors summarized the experiences and enlightening guidances to China,which were from the overseas management system and operating mechanism.更多还原
