【摘要】 通过对天津市12个区县、121个乡(镇)、273个村历时2年多的野外实地调查,表明该地区野生蔬菜种类繁多,资源丰富,其中可供食用的野生蔬菜151种,来源于46科106属,有的味道鲜美、营养丰富、可直接开发利用,有的可作为蔬菜育种的理想原始材料,经过人工驯化,成为丰富人民“菜篮子”的新品种。提出了野生蔬菜开发利用的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 2-year field survey on Tianjin city including 12 districts and counties- 121 rural areas (towns)- and 273 villages shows that there are abundant wild vegetable resources.151 kinds of wild vegetables coming from 46 sections 106 categories are edible- some are delicious with enriched nutrition and can be directly explored and developed- some as the ideal raw materials become the new variety of "Vegetable Basket" through processing.
