【Abstract】 The indirect ELISA method for detecting antibody level to EDS-76 virus were developed by preparing coating antigen,purified by Affinity Chromatography using Sephdex G-200 , and enzyme conjugate of mouse against light chain of chicken Ig . A detecting titer of coefficient relation ,y=0.592 87x+0.757 57(r=0.96 763)were developed under 100 fold dilution sera sample. The ELISA titer is 2 times higher than hemagglutination inhibitor test (HI) result.更多还原
