【摘要】 研究了不同生长激素对花叶扶芳藤扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果表明,供试生长素处理后插条的成活率与对照差异不显著,但对新梢及根系的生长发育有着极显著的促进作用,成苗质量高,综合各项测定指标,效果最好的生长素处理是100mg/L吲哚丁酸与100mg/L萘乙酸等量混合液,其次为100mg/L吲哚丁酸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of different auxins on cutting propagation of Euonymus fortunei were studied in the experiment.The results showed that although there were no significant difference between treatment and ck in the respect of cutting survival rate,shoot and root development were greatly improved by application of auxin,hence high quality cutting plants were obtained.Mixture of100mg /L IBA and100mg /L NAA was considered as the most effective treatment compared with other treatments and ck.更多还原
