一种降低柴油机有害排放物方法的研究

【摘要】 利用进气预混甲醇来降低柴油机碳烟和NOx排放量,在柴油机高负荷情况下,对喷醇柴油机与原柴油机的负荷特性与外特性进行了对比试验,试验证明采用喷醇柴油机在碳烟、NOx排放方面明显优于原柴油机。

【Abstract】 By using the method of pre-mixed methanol through intake manifold on a diesel engine, the PM and NOx emissions are reduced. In the middle and high operating conditions, the tests are done to compare the exhaust performance of the diesel engine burning only with diesel fuel with that burning diesel fuel and pre-mixing methanol in the intake manifold. The experimental results show that the engine with pre-mixed methanol is superior to that of the engine only with diesel fuel on the exhaust of PM and NOx emissions.
