杭白菊中酞酸酯类环境污染物的测定

【摘要】 目的 了解杭白菊中酞酸酯的污染状况。方法 采用毛细管柱气相色谱 -质谱联用 (gaschromatography massspectrometry ,GC/MS)的选择离子检测 (selectedionmonitoringmode ,SIM )技术 ,结合有机溶剂回流提取、低温浓缩的前处理方法。结果 样品中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 (di n butylphthalate,DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯 (di 2 ethylhexylphthalate,DEHP)含量分别为 (2 0 .0 9± 1.2 1) μg/g和 (8.5 2± 0 .4 6 ) μg/g。 结论 杭白菊的部分产区已受到酞酸酯类环境污染物的污染 ,须尽快研究并采取消除此类污染的措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the level of phthalic acid esters(PAEs)pollution in white chrysathemum tea from Tong Xiang,Zhejiang.Methods The selective ion monitoring mode(SIM) of capillary column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)coupled with organic solvent extraction and low temperature concentration techniques were used.Results The content of di-n-bytyl phthalate(DBP) and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)were 20.09±1.21 μg/g and 8.52±0.46 μg/g respectively.Conclusion The white chrysanthemum tea growing area mentioned was proposed having been polluted by phthalic acid esters.The measures against this pollution must be investigated in order to take immediate measure.
