【摘要】 目的　建立阴道毛滴虫单克隆抗体乳胶快速诊断方法。方法　从阴道中收集分泌物 ,分别用乳胶凝集法和培养方法 ,对 1 97份妇科门诊患者的阴道分泌物标本检测。结果　与培养方法比较 ,乳胶凝集法的敏感性为89.9%,特异性为 95 .5 %,阳性预期值为 6 8.0 %和阴性预期值为 98.8%。结论　该单克隆抗体研制成的乳胶凝集法具有快速、简便及高度的特异性和较好的敏感性 ,能提高临床滴虫性阴道炎的诊断率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic method of monoclonalantibody rapid latex agglutination of Trichomonas vaginalis.Methods 197 vaginal discharge specimens from Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic were detected by using latex agglutination and culture methods,respectively.Results In this study,the sensitivity of latex agglutination test was 89.9%,its specificity was 95.5%,and the posititive predictive value was 68.0%,and negative predictive value was 98.8%.Conclusion The monoclonalantibody latex agglutination is rapid,useful,with high specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing tyichomoniasis.更多还原
