【摘要】 目的　评价骨水泥型双极人工股骨头治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法　用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者48例。随访时间平均 4 年(2~6 年 7 个月)。根据Harris评分方法判断疗效。结果　术后48例患者Harris评分平均为96分,优良率96%。98%患者术后无需止痛药治疗,83%患者患髋功能良好,无髋关节脱位和假体周围在骨折。结论　骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的可靠方法,固定牢靠。骨水泥固定技术的运用可能是骨质疏松患者术后髋痛发生率很低的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of replacement of cemented bipolar prosthesis for the treatment of the femoral neck fracture of aged patients.Methods 48 cases of femoral neck fractures treated with cemented bipolar prosthesis were studied.The period of followed-up averaged 4 years (2 years to 6 years 7 months).The clinical results were evaluated by Harris score systems.Results 48 cases were followed up according to Harris scores and its scores was 96 in average,the excellent or good rate being 93.7%.Ninety-eight percent of patients didn’t need pain-relieving medication.The hip function of eighty-three percent of patients operated was excellent.There wasn’t any cases of hip dislocation or second fracture around prosthesis.Conclusion The replacement of cemented bipolar prosthesis is an effective method for old patients with femoral neck fracture.Using cement in elderly patients’ osteoporatic cases may be the main reason of lower rate of postoperative hip pain.更多还原
