螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用

【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用价值。方法29例胫骨平台骨折患者均行X线摄片、螺旋CT扫描和三维重建,运用schatzker法进行分类并与手术对照。结果 所有三维重建图像的胫骨平台骨折分型和术中所见一致,它在空间关系的显示上具有明显的优势。结论螺旋CT三维重建为胫骨平台骨折的诊断和分型提供了有价值的信息,对治疗方法的选择具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of clinical application of spiral CT in tibial plateau fractures. Methods 29 tibial plateau fractures were examined with plain film, spiral CT and 3D reconstruction, and classified according to Schatzker’ s classification. The results were checked by operation findings. Results The classifications of 3D reconstruction in tibial plateau fractures were the same as the appearance in operations,and reconstruction images were much better in showing the space relationship. Conclusion 3D reconstructure with spiral CT can provide valuable informations for the diagnosis and classify of tibial plateau fractures. It can also provide better planning and management in choosing therapeutic method.
