自我效能感理论及其对教学的启示
Apocalypse of Perceived-Self-Efficiency Theory in Teaching
【摘要】 该文介绍了班杜拉关于自我效能感的学习动机理论,分析了自我效能感对学习的作用及其形成的影响因素,提出了该理论在教学过程中应用的重要性和可行性,以使该理论对教师教学和学生学习起到帮助作用。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces AlbertBandera’s learning motives on perceived-self-efficiency and analyzes the influence and effect of the theory on teaching students. It also presents the importance and feasibility to apply the theory to practical teaching the application is expected to be beneficia lto both teaching and learning。
