虚拟仪器及其在纱线动态张力测试中的应用

【摘要】 设计了基于虚拟仪器的纱线动态张力检测系统,文中介绍纱线动态张力检测原理,详细分析了基于Lab Windows/CVI5.0开发平台的数据采集以及数据分析的实现方法,并对纱线动态张力进行实时检测实验,从而验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

【Abstract】 The system of yarn tension dynamics test hased on the virtual instruments is designed, and the principle of test is introduced. The accomplished methods of data acquisition and analysis based on Labwindows/CVI 5.0 are elaborated. By actually measurement, it demonstrates its good performance.
