聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜有机污染的化学清洗研究
Chemical cleaning out organic fouling of PVDF hollowfiber membranes
【摘要】 对处理发酵液的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜的有机污染物进行化学清洗试验,用电镜与红外定性分析了污染物成分,复配两种表面活性剂作为渗透剂与氢氧化钠合用进行清洗,通过两组正交清洗实验对比,发现具有良好清洗效果.对清洗后的膜丝,进行一系列的物理力学性能测试,说明清洗前后基本没有变化.
【Abstract】 The results are obtained from investigations on PVDF hollow fiber membranes fouled by zymogenic solution. The organic fouling was confirmed and analysed by FTIR and SEM measurements. Two kinds of surfactant are confected as infiltrative agent to clean the membrane with alkali. Through contrasting two groups of orthogonal experiments, the good cleaning efficiency is found. And this chemical cleaning doesn′t make any damages on membranes in mechanics performance.
