分散染料染色废水的脱色及其回用
Decoloration of disperse dyeing wastewater and its recycling
【摘要】 以染色废水的脱色及其循环利用研究为主要目的,使用还原型双组分脱色剂对分散染料染色废水进行脱色处理,重点研究了脱色剂用量、pH值和非离子表面活性剂对脱色反应的影响.并且将脱色后的染色废水回用于织物染色中,对染色织物的颜色特征进行了比较.结果表明:随着脱色剂用量的增加,分散染料染色废水的脱色率都逐渐增加;除分散黄H2RL之外,pH对分散染料染色废水的脱色几乎无影响;非离子表面活性剂的添加则有利于脱色效果的改善;脱色后废水可以回用于织物的分散染料染色中.
【Abstract】 In order to investigate decoloration of dyeing wastewater and its recycling feasibility, two-component reductant was employed in decolorizing disperse dyeing wastewater. Some factors affecting the decoloration such as reductant dosage, pH and non-ionic surfactant are discussed. The spent dyebath water containing these disperse dyes was decolorized and used for dyeing of polyester fabrics with disperse dyes again. A comparison between color characteristics of dyed polyester fabrics has been done respectively in fresh tap water and the recycled water. The results of experiment indicate that the rate of decoloration of disperse dyeing wastewater gradually increases with increasing reductant dosage in the solution. The pH value has little influence on decoloration of disperse dyeing wastewater apart from Disperse Orange 30. The non-ionic surfactant can improve decoloration of disperse dyeing wastewater. It is found that in general decolorized disperse dyeing wastewater may be available in the dyeing of polyester fabrics with disperse dyes.
