聚醚/磷酸酯改性聚硅氧烷的合成
Synthesis of polysiloxane containing polyether phosphate
【摘要】 以聚醚改性聚硅氧烷与五氧化二磷为主要原料,通过酯化反应和水解反应制备了有效物浓度达8000的液态聚醚/磷酸酯改性聚硅氧烷,并总结出较好的酯化反应条件为:投料比2.5∶1,一次性投料,在80℃下反应4h;水解反应条件是:温度为80℃,时间为2h.
【Abstract】 The polysiloxane containing polyether phosphate (PSPP) was prepared by phosphation and hydrolyzation with the primary material of polysiloxane containing hydrogen and phosphorous pentoxide .The liquid final products contain 80 00 effective component. It is summarized that the preferable phosphation reaction condition is one time feeding rate 2.5∶1, 80 ℃ for 4 h and the preferable hydrolyzation is at 80 ℃ for 2 h.
