克林霉素磷酸酯的合成研究
Synthesis Research of Clindamycin-2-phosphate
【摘要】 对克林霉素磷酸酯的合成工艺进行了优化 ,经Vilsmeier试剂制备克林霉素醇合物 ,用原甲酸三乙酯保护 3位和 4位羟基 ,经磷酰化、水解、结晶 ,得到克林霉素磷酸酯 .总收率提高到 81% .
【Abstract】 An improved process for preparing clindamycin-2-phosphate was described.It involved clindamycin hydrochloride ethanol solvate formed in situ from DMF and POCl 3,protecting 3,4 hydroxyl groups with triethyl orthoformate,phosphorylating hydrolyzing and yielding the crystalline clindamycin phosphate with 81% overall yield.
