【摘要】 以城市的公共图书馆服务系统为例 ,给出了对城市现存的旧公共服务设施的价值进行评估的 4种计算方法 ,包括标量评估计算法和向量评估计算法 .应用这些计算方法 ,通过收集数据、征求专家意见和确定权重向量 ,可以对同类型的一大类公共服务设施做出总体价值评估和详细的分类价值评估 .根据这样的评估结果再结合对未来发展的科学预测 ,可以对该设施以后的进一步发展做出科学的决策 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Four different calculative methods,including the evaluation method of vector and scalar about current old city commonality establishment are given in this article,taking city public library service system for an example.With the application of these methods,a general evaluation and a detailed analysis evaluation on a large amount of commonality establishments of the same sort can be carried out by collecting data,consulting with experts and settling the weight of each vector.According to these calculative results,a scientific decision on the very commonality establishment’s further development can be made with the combination of scientific expectation of future development.更多还原
