张拉整体三棱柱单元体试验
Experimental Study on Triangular Prism Unit of Tensegrity
【摘要】 为了验证张拉整体理论分析的结果并深入了解三棱柱单元的受力性能,在理论分析和找形分析的基础上,针对实际的单元体设计了张拉整体适用的半球节点,选用拉索缩短的预应力施加方法进行了张拉整体三棱柱单元体的足尺模型试验,通过模型试验得到了实际结构在840N、1623N和4000N三种预应力水平下的受力性能.通过试验测定了模型用钢丝绳的弹性模量和p Δh曲线.把试验结果和考虑实际弹性模量的理论分析结果进行了对比,两者吻合很好,验证了找形分析及非线性分析的可靠性.
【Abstract】 Triangular prism unit of tensegrity is the basic unit of tensegrity system.To verify the theoretical analysis and find out structural behaviors of triangular prism unit,based on theoretical analysis and form finding analysis,applicable semispherical joint system is designed for practical unit.Using cable-shorten method,the full-size model experiment for triangular prism unit of tensegrity is carried out through which the structural behaviors of practical structure, under three prestress levels of 840 N, 1 623 N and 4 000 N, are obtained.(Young′s) modulus and p-Δ_h curve of steel wire ropes are measured. Through comparison,the results of model test and that of theoretical analysis are consistent, which verifies the reliability of form finding analysis and nonlinear (analysis.)
