边界条件和螺旋角对TI蜗杆传动啮合性能的影响
Effects of Boundary Condition and Helix Angle on Meshing Performance of TI Worm Gearing
【摘要】 为准确地描述TI蜗杆副齿面的接触状况及确定齿面接触区域的大小,将边界问题引入接触线分析中.选用蜗杆副螺旋角β作为参数,推导了TI蜗杆副蜗轮齿面上啮合界限线存在的判定条件.分析表明,蜗轮齿面上啮合界限线的分布情况有4种:不存在啮合界限线,有一条啮合界限线,有两条啮合界限线,以及两条啮合界限线完全重合.采用使两条啮合界限线重合的螺旋角度,或略小于此值,均可获得较好的啮合质量.仿真结果验证了该结论的正确性.
【Abstract】 In order to exactly describe the contact state and contact area of tooth surface of involute helical wheel gearing with its enveloping worm (TI worm gearing),boundary condition is introduced into contact line (analysis.)With helix angle β chosen as parameter,the criterion for existence of meshing boundary line on the surface of TI worm gearing is derived.Results show that there can be four situations for meshing boundary line on the tooth surface of wheel, namely, inexistence of boundary line, a unique line, two lines and two coincident lines. If helix angle is equal to or slightly smaller than the angle which makes two meshing boundary lines coincide with each other, preferable meshing performance is obtained. Computer simulation proves the validity of (above) conclusion.
