吡啶-水-氟化钾体系的液液相平衡

【摘要】 采用氟化钾分离吡啶 水恒沸物体系.将氟化钾加入到吡啶 水体系中,可产生水富集相(水相)和吡啶富集相(吡啶相).实验测定了吡啶 水 氟化钾体系在25℃时的液液相平衡数据.当水相中氟化钾浓度分别大于或等于30.57%时,产生的吡啶相中含有可以忽略的盐,水相中含有可以忽略的吡啶;当水相中氟化钾浓度为50.40%时,吡啶相中吡啶的浓度高达93.84%.因此用氟化钾可以有效地分离吡啶 水体系.采用Pitzer方程计算水相中水的活度,用Wilson、NRTL或UNIQUAC方程计算吡啶相中水的活度,将二者结合对液液相平衡数据进行理论计算.结果表明,采用Pitzer方程与UNIQUAC方程结合的理论计算值与实验值吻合较好,其绝对平均偏差水相为1.01%,吡啶相为0.70%.

【Abstract】 In separating pyridine-water azeotropic system,KF was added into the pyridine-water system and two phases were formed:the water-rich phase (water phase) and the pyridine-rich phase (pyridine phase). The liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) data for pyridine-water-KF system were measured at 25 ℃ and the results showed that the pyridine phase contained negligible salt and the water phase contained negligible pyridine when the concentrations of KF in the water phase were equal to or higher than 30.57%. The pyridine concentrations in the pyridine phase could be over 93.84% when the concentrations of KF in the water phase were 50.40%. Thus water could be separated efficiently from the pyridine-water by adding KF into the system. A theoretical calculation of LLE data was calculated by using the Pitzer theory to get water activity in the water phase, and by the models, such as the Wilson, NRTL or the UNIQUAC for the pyridine phase. The experimental data were found in good agreement with the calculated results by using Pitzer theory and UNIQUAC equation,with the absolute mean deviations between the experimental data and the calculated results being 1.01% in water phase and (0.70%) in pyridine phase.
