【摘要】 在工程建设实践中 ,工程造价咨询的基本工作内容一直存在争议和不同意见。本文结合工程造价的理论知识与工程造价咨询的实践经验 ,按照项目的可行性研究阶段→设计阶段→招投标阶段→施工阶段→竣工审价阶段的时间顺序 ,阐述了全过程工程造价咨询业务应提供的基本服务内容。并提出在全过程造价咨询服务过程中 ,工程造价咨询机构应采取组织、经济、技术、合同四项措施来实现投资的规划及投资控制这两大职能更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic consultation scope of a construction project is always under dispute in the construction. Combining the theoretical knowledge of construction project cost with the experience in the consultation of a construction project, and according to the five stages of a project, namely, the feasible study stage, the design stage, the biding and investment stage, the construction stage, and the finish inspection stage, the paper offers a detailed list of the consultation scope of a construction project. It also suggests four measures of organization, economy, technology and contract to realize the two primary targets of the plan and cost control of construction project.更多还原
