【Abstract】 The informationization in the urban districts and communities is not only a cornerstone of the urban informationization,but also an organic composition of China’s national network resources bank. As a systematic engineering, it is composed of the informationization of the district governmental affairs, the informationization of the community administration, the informationization of the community services, the informationization of living zones, and the informationization of family life.
