高导电性含水玻璃的水热合成

【摘要】 以锂硼铝硅系统为例研究水热条件下的水化过程,探讨玻璃粉在水热条件下水化过程的规律.通过研究认为,玻璃水化机理首先为H+与玻璃中Li+的互换,其次游离OH—侵蚀玻璃骨架,最后生成的活性基≡Si—O—与水进一步反应.采用IR、XRD分析了含水玻璃的结构,探讨了水化条件对水化反应的影响,并测得含水玻璃的电导率为1.7×10-4S/cm(室温),而且含水玻璃在300℃以下具有良好的电导性.

【Abstract】 Taking Li2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system for example,its hydration process is studied and the hydration process rule of the glass powder under the condition of hydro-thermal is discussed.It shows that the glass hydration mechanism is composed of ion-change of L+ and H+ in the glass,then the corrosion of the glass skeleton with free OH-,and the further reaction of generated active group≡Si—O-with H2O.The structure of the hydrated glass is analyzed with IR and XRD,and the effects of hydration conditions on the hydration reaction are discussed.And the tested specific conductivity of the hydration glass is 1.7×10-4S/cm(room temperature).The better electrical conductivity of the hydrated glass emerges below 300 ℃.
