【摘要】 通过对上海及国内的轨道交通项目融资现状的分析 ,指出要满足轨道交通这样的大型基础设施所需的资金 ,开拓融资渠道十分重要。通过对香港地铁和日本铁路的成功经验的分析和借鉴 ,提出了周边土地和轨道交通项目捆绑式开发和运营 ,可作为轨道交通项目融资的一个重要的方式 ,并能为轨道交通项目的可持续发展打下良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the present financing status of the rail transit system projects in shanghai and other cities at home, this article points out that in order to meet the fund demand for the large-scale infrastructure projects like the rail transit system, it is extremely necessary to broaden the financing channels. By way of analysis of and learning from the successful experience of Hongkong metro and Japanese railway, it brings forward that the "binding-type" development of the peripheral land and the rail transit projects is an important type of financing the latter and can lay a solid foundation for the sustained development of the rail transit projects.更多还原
