冷变形及退火参数对Ti-4Al-22V钛合金板材组织性能的影响
Effects of Cold Working and Annealing Parameters on the Microstructure and Propertites of Ti-4Al-22V Alloy Sheet
【摘要】 通过对冷加工板材的变形程度 ,退火温度等变形和热处理参数的研究 ,探讨Ti 4Al 2 2V钛合金板材的加工变形特点和组织性能的变化规律。结果表明 ,该合金具有较强的冷变形能力 ,较宽的温度区域 ,可通过细化晶粒来提高板材的强度和塑性。
【Abstract】 The deformation degree,annealing temperature,the variation regularities of deformation characteristic,microstructure and properties of Ti-4Al-22V alloy were studied.The results show that the alloy has good cold workability and wider annealing temperature range.The strength and plasticity of the alloy sheet can be improved by grain size decreasing.
