【Abstract】 α-Hydroxy-β-toluenesulfonyl amino - acid ester compounds are unstable compounds. On EI they loss C3H5O3, obtains fragment ions, can not obtains M + . On MALDI - TOF - MS they can obtains quasi - molecular ions[M + Na]+ or [M + K] +. They are high sensitive and good mass spectra of information for molecules.更多还原
