【Abstract】 A reversed-phase HPLC method for the chiral separation of sulpiride enantiomers is reported usˉing Chirobiotic T as the stationary phase,which is a macrocyclic antibiotics bonded to a silica gel supˉport.The effects of mobile phase constituents were investigated.The recommended mobile phase is a mixˉture of methanol,phosphoric acid and triethylamine in a volume ratio of100∶1.5∶3.更多还原
