【摘要】 目的　探讨血液系统肿瘤患儿医院感染的原因和防治措施。方法　对我院 1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月儿童血液肿瘤科 62例 88次医院感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　血液肿瘤患儿医院感染好发部位为呼吸道、口腔、胃肠道、皮肤 ,引起医院感染常见病原菌为大肠埃希氏菌、白色念珠菌、表皮葡萄球菌等。结论　儿童血液肿瘤疾病本身和化疗导致的免疫抑制为医院感染的主要原因 ,防治措施主要是加强护理、提高机体的免疫力、合理应用有效的抗生素及控制内源性感染更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes,prevention and cure measures of hospital infection in children with hematological tumor.Methods Clinical data of 62 cases of hospital infection in children with hematological tumor from January 1999 to December 2002 were analysed retrospectively.Results The sequence of hospital infection locus were respiratory tract,oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract and skin.The common pathogenic bacteria of hospital infection were escherichia coli,candida albicans and staphylococcus epidermidis.Conclusion The major causes of hospital infection in children with hematological tumor is the disease itself and chemotherapy related immunosuppression.The prevention and cure measures include improving nurse care,reinforcing body immunity,using effective antibiotics and endogenetic infection control.更多还原
